Comprehensive maintenance including renewal/replacement of defective parts of electrically operated 1x1Feright Elevator = 01 Feright Elevator (OTIS Make) each of 2000 Kgs capacity with selective controls catering for four floors including ground floor, installed at MMG Building Tehnical 'A' Area at IRDE Dehradun complete all as specified and directed including any other spare parts required other than mentioned under Ser item 10 to 37 belowshall to be deemed included in quoted rates complete, all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Contractor liaise with lift OEM and visit the site with OEM company authorised representative to check the compelet lift to identify the performance of lift, comprehensive safety inspection including load testing, emergency stop functionality and other critical safety checks. (ii) After checking, If any repair maintenance will required in the lift then contractor should done the repaire maintenance the lift through OEM in complete prospective and specification. (ii) After necessary repair contractor signed the MoU with lift OEM for eleven month comprehensive maintenance and submit the ink sign copy to the Engr-in-charge within 15 days of aceptance of tender. (iv) Safety parameter and smooth functioning of lift should be checked by the lift OEM as per MoU in each month and report submitted to Engr-in-charge.

Note:- (i) Contractor liaise with lift OEM and visit the site with OEM company authorised representative to check the compelet lift to identify the performance of lift, comprehensive safety inspection including load testing, emergency stop functionality and other critical safety checks. Note:- (i) Contractor liaise with lift OEM and visit the site with OEM company authorised representative to check the compelet lift to identify the performance of lift, comprehensive safety inspection including load testing, emergency stop functionality and other critical safety checks. Comprehensive maintenance including renewal/replacement of defective parts of electrically operated 1x3=3lifts with manufacturing year 2002,(ECE make) each of 13 passengers capacity with selective controls catering for six floors including ground floor, installed at D-2,D-3 & C-15 Residential area at IRDE Dehradun complete all as specified and directed,including any other spare parts required other than mentioned under Ser item 10 to 37 below shall to be deemed included in quoted rates complete, all as specified and directed.
