Dismantling and taking down old U/S TPN DB/SPN DB any type and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor to match with the existing wall/floor etc. complete all as specified

M&L for Point Wiring for one light Point/one fan point/ one call bell point, controlled by one switch with 1100 volts grade single core conforming to (IS:694 /1990) PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) with contineous earth wire of 1.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) PVC insulated unsheathed , drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit,medium grade(ISI marked) ,duly concealed on wall/ceiling or above false ceiling with fittings not less than 25 mm dia medium grade (Color coding of wires shall be Phase, neutral and earth wire all as specified ) sunk Metal flush box with and incl decorative polycarbonate frame for housing Modular Switches, sockets , fan regulators etc including white cover plate complete all as specified and directed. Note:- If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery @ of Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding.

All as per item No 5 here-in-before but for One 3 pin/5 pin 5/6 Amps socket outlet on same board with other switches, with cables 1.5 Sqmm size, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F service cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended with insulating hanger not more than 1 mtr apart including 4 mm dia suspension wire alongwith 10 Sqmm twin core flat cable all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected by 4 mm GI wire as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt,thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM and charcoal, dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI wire upto 7.5 mtrs long with 15 mm dia medium grade Gi pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighting not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover.(ii) Cost of additional GI wire more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.
