M&L for providing bitumen premix semi dense asphatic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder (paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in computrized hot mix plant, laid with the by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with the help of power roller 8 to 10 ton capacity, complete all as specified and directed. NOTES:- (i) The mix design shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE before commencement of work. (ii) in the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of binder content on minus side the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted through supply only rate or procurment rate of paving bitumen VG-30 whichever is more . (iii) No adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used /approved in the execution of work under this item.

M&L for repair to potholes of any depth n exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surface in roads, path etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen VG-10 putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder i.e. paving bitumen grade VG-30 6.80 kg per 10 Sqm and blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings 6.3 mm size, again well rammed depth of potholes n exc 30cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors & pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal n exc 100 m complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab or paver blocks of any description or thickness and laid dry or laid dry and pointed and removing serviceable stone/paver to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors/paving finish even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for forming contraction (dummy ) joint 65mm deep x 10mm wide filling with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified & directed.

Spike rolling to surface of making impressions of expended metal, whilst the concrete is green, complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brickwork/stone boulders, masonary built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches,pillars,etc. but excl ashlar facings, dressed stone works & precast concrete surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble stone masonary, uncoursed, well bounded, bedded & solidely hearted built in cement mortar (1:6) using locally available best stone complete all as specified and directed

All as per above item No 15 above but except stone (stone shall be used obtained from demolition) complete all as specified and directed

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to faces of stone and dressing of faced beds and joints as specified for RR walling uncoursed or brought upto courses hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 40mm for lime or sand stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to RR or Polygon rubble uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Removing mortar from and cleaning stones obtained from stone masonary of any description (except ashlar facings and dressed stone work stacking for measurement including all extra handling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including cham- fers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Cat Eeye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.(Make 3M/SHAKTI NEW DELHI/TATA BP/DARK EYE)

S&F in repair metal tubular dealineator madeout of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate of size150x150x300mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead informatory road signage and boards, made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D 4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The quoted rates deemed to be included the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all as per MORTH specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old/new black top surface of road and applying evenly a coat of reflective thermoplastic road marking paint 2mm thick (white or yellow) for longer durabililty and material shall be conforming to MORTH (Ministry of Road Transport & hIGHWAYS) specification with special applicator machine, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F SGS circular convex type with high quality acrylic of polycarbonate (scratch resistant and unbreakable) security mirror including fixing including fixing/embedding in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate of size150x150x300mm, complete all as specified and directed. Note : SGS circular mirror shall be of 1st quality & ISI marked.

Removing excavated material (rock) / material available on roadside due to natural landslide to a distance exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed all as specified and as directed.
