(3) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of internal wall by removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers and applying two coats of acrylic distemper using roller over a 1mm thick layer of wall care putty to make the surface smooth all as specified and prescribed by manufacturer of paint and all as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per manufacture’s instruction before application of distemper. The cost of materials, labour & T&P required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by department for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of exterior wall by removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers, then washing the surface with Bleaching powder solution for treatment of fungal growth and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (weather coat of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having four years of performance warranty) all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion. The cost of materials, labour & T&P required for preparation of surface are demand to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). Supply, fixing and testing MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 400 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete with all connected accessories including taking out old UNSV MCCB from the existing panel after disconnecting all incoming and out going UG cable cannections etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note- rate quoted is deemed to be included for any alteration or fabrication work required to be carried out for fixingn of MCCB at exisiting feeder pillar).

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected by GI strip 25x4 mm as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt,thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM and charcoal, dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI wire upto 7.5 mtrs long with 15 mm dia light grade Gi pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighting not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover.(ii) Cost of additional GI wire more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Disconnecting all incoming and outgoing cables for carrying out maintenance of serro voltage stabilzer of capacity 630 KVA three phase all as specified by Engrin charge ,Opening of servo voltage Stabilzer cover ,draning out 0il ,detanking core and coil assembly ,cleaning ,washing of dust and dirt etc from all parts including core and tank ,cooling tubes of radiators ,reassembling of core and cooper winding after carring out necessary repair and replacement of all defective items and copper winding including all necessary insulation material of appropriate class including vamishingdrying out in vacuum chamber till specified lr values are achieved,complete insulation vamishing to be done and providing new gasket,nuts,bolts and checking of lekages if any rectifying the same by welding, checking of operating mechanism if found faulty / replace thw same etc, top up of oil and dehaydration of complete oil and reassembling of complete servo voltage stablizer cover all as directed by Engr-in-charge , including testing as per relevant IS and install it, reconnet all the incoming and out going cables by properly using insulation tape and testing complete all as specified (Note cost of copper winding deemed to be included in above quoted rates).
