M&L for 150mm spread thickness, soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick (in two layers of 75mm each layer) (Compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate (type of aggregate Lime stone, Sand stones, Flint or Quartzite) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing WBM surface by brushing with brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, and applying evenly priming tack coat with paving Bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade over the prepared surface by mechanical sprayer @ 10 kgs/10 Sqm of surface area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadem laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber consolidated thickness not exceeding 75 mm with 4% binder of paving Bitumen VG-30 grade, content by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by mechanical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly priming tack coat with paving Bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade over the prepared surface by mechanical sprayer @ 5 kgs/10 Sqm of surface area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.50% binder of paving Bitumen VG-30 grade, content by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces, rolled compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechnaical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-(i) The actual binder content used shall be as per optimised content based on approved job mix formula irrespective of what ever indicated in Sch 'A'. (ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only @ Rs. 45,000/- per MT (without considering the permissible tolerance on minus side) with reference to binder content indicated in Sch 'A'. (iii) No Price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side. (iv) Please note that SDAC to be laid immediately after laying of BM. In case the SDAC could not be laid within 48 hours of laying of BM, primer coat @ 3Kg / 10Sqm to applied over freshly prepared bituminous surface and nothing extra shall be paid by the Govt. on this account. No claim what so ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account.

S&F dual directional 30 degree angle high intensity reflective Cat Eye double moulded of impact resistance ABS plastic stud 90 x 115 x 16 mm plane base having ultra-violet resistant colour (white/red/yellow) having micro cube corner spark glow PC reflectoe white/ red/ yellow for fixing with epoxy or bitumen adhesive all as complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and as directed.

S&F high intensity prismatic dual direction twin reflector delinator having two 110 mm dia red coloured HIP intensity reflectors along with three aditional HIP red reflectors 25x75 mm over 300x165 oval shaped steel sheet 18 gauge head supported over steek tube 47mm dia of 18 gauge steel support of total height 1000 mm having flared/ welded foot for firm grip to base. All steel parts with the powder coated to make all weather resistance complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing bituminous surfaces, removing, dust, dirt grease and other foregion matters etc to receive the markign and M&L for thermo plastic (Reflective) line, dashes, arrows, letters etc of following size wide marking, having 2.5 mm thickness (average) of uniform surface finish conforming to BS 3262 (Part 1) 1989 read in conjunction with the MOST specification 803 clause 4.2.2 on bituminous surfaces in white/yelow clour and super imposed with glass beads confirming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with and MOST specification 803 clause 4.3.3 complete all as specified and directed:- Note: - MOST specification 803 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by the GE. Shape & size/ patterns of marking shall be as approved by the GE.
