Dismantling of GI earth wire / guard cradle wire from LT over head line by disconnecting of wire & winding and keeping aside for further disposal complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil and not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable and fixing poles, stays etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 5 above but exc 1.5 mtr in depth but n exc 3.00 mtr depth complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L river washed and screeened dry fine sand filling in trenches below and above / around under ground cable for cable protection including punniing around cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying , un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover ,class LV,Type I,flat,size 250mmX150mmX40mm with breaking load capacity 200 KG, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing only 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection , one twin core cable flat or circular with solid conductor of size 10 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable steel pole any type by breaking PCC and taken away from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, transportation, erecting & fixing in truely vertical position , steel tubular swaged pole over all height 9.0 Mtrs , type 410-SP-31 complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts washers and screws including painting two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red-oxide primer and 3 Nos bands/straps 30cm wide with post office red paint from plinth block and numbering of pole with black paint 2.5 cm in height including one coat of tarring of pole on steel surface embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation/earth work, PCC in foundation/ plinth block and cable protection pipe shall be measured and paid for seperately under appropriate item of schedule 'A')

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggrigate) as in coping above ground including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate ) type C-2 for foundation of poles including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement Automatic street light switch using Nature switch based on LUX level of nature light, three phase 8kw, contactor rating 25 Amps, MCB rating 32 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacent of junction box made from SMC/FRP sheet ready made of size 300 x 200 x 100 mm having 100A capacity for RYB and neutral with aluminium buster with 4 way connector fixed to pole/wall with MS clamp 25 x 5mm and nut bolts including following :- (a) MCB SP 6 Amp 10 KA 240 Volt with aluminium lugs -01 No complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacementof MCCB 125 Amps 4 Pole 25 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of bus bar chamber factory made, outdoor type made out of 3.15mm CRCA sheet of size 700x450x300 pedestal type with 200Amps rated aluminium bus bar TPN system & space of One No MCCB 125 Amps 4 Pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground and earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below NGL and top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr deep below NGL, surrounded with adequate qty of char coal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness not less than 15 Cm on all sides of earth plate incl excavation, earth work, returning filling in , removal of surplus soil to a distance in n.exc. 50 mtr incl GI strip 25x4mm dia nut bolts etc to earth plate one end connected to continuous earth wire incl GI pipe watering light grade with CI funnel and wire mesh and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 duly re-enforced with MS bar 6mm dia @ 150mm C/C both ways with 10mm dia MS bar lifting handles, all as described in electric plate No. 3 of SSR part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement GI tube light grade in trenches/wall for Cable Protection of size 50 mm dia including all required fittings complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying in replacement GI tube light grade in trenches/wall for Cable Protection of size 40 mm dia including all required fittings complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying in replacement GI tube light grade in trenches/wall for Cable Protection of size 80 mm dia including all required fittings complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying in replacement GI tube light grade in trenches/wall for Cable Protection of size 100 mm dia including all required fittings complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for cutting the existing bituminuos road for passing of UG Cable in road crossing and making good the disturbed surface of road to its original specification complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting, trimming and prunning of trees/tree branches of any girth upto 2.5 m all around existing LT over head lines / sourrounding street light and flood fitting including cleaning the area beneath the LT overhead lines and removing the debris from the site and depositing where complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of ACSR aluminium conductor, steel reinforced of any size and type maintained standard sag including providing aluminium binding wire, aluminium jointing, jumper etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cable jointing kit 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed. (Including finding out the fault.) (Note : Exc of earthwork will be measured and paid seperately.)

S&F cable jointing kit 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.(Including finding out the fault.) (Note : Exc of earthwork will be measured and paid seperately.)

S&F cable jointing kit 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed. (Including finding out the fault.) (Note : Exc of earthwork will be measured and paid seperately.)

M&L for replacement of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pin type procelain, Vitreous, White, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut 100 mm height , 65 mm dia for 1100 volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Galvanised steel earth wire 4 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator made of MS sheet of size 200 mm x 150 mm x 3 mm thick welding with angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 5 mm thick, 750 mm long embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block of size 300 x 300 x 400mm including one coat of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer and writing letter with white paint showing size of cable, LT/HT complete all as specified & directed.

NOTES :- 1. Note :- XLPE LT UG cable will be laid only by Department Employed Labour (DEL). Remaining all other connected otems like excavation, returning/ refilling, removal, sand cushioning and PCC cable cover will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of subject BOQ. 2. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed.
