Supplying, laying & jointing GI tubing light grade ISI Marked of size 50mm bore, in trenches/pole post/under culvert/under road etc for cable porection, includingtaking down of old HI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair LED driver with PF0.95, input voltage 240 V AC, 50 Hz, input current 1.6 Amp AC, output voltage 42V-72V DC, output current 0.7A DC THD10%, line voltage 140 to 277 V, IP 20 protection as per IS:15885(part-II section 13) suitable for LED street/Flood light of 50 W to 90Watt outdoor dry and damp application after taking down the street light from pole/wall and refixing the street light on pole/wall (Size of driver should be as per sample given by EIC) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for poles,laying under ground electric cable and GI tubing (where provided for protection of cables), stay and getting out, trimming the sides, forming bottom surface to required level in any type of soil complete all specified and directed.

Returning filling in any type of soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus any type of soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with layer of fine river dry sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and dir. Note:- Punned (consolidated ) thicness of sand will be measured and paid.

M&L for burnt bricks locally available laid dry width wise across the line of cable in trenches for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete/foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8, type D2, ( using 40mm graded stone aggegate) as in foundation and posts including caps and bases complete all as specified as directed.

S&F flexible 3 core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS-H cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade heavy duty multi stranded copper conductor drawn through in non metallic rigid PVC conduit for making electrical connection of street light with poles junction box, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- PVC conduit shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

S&F non metallic rigid PVC conduit of size 20mm dia, medium grade, inclusive tees/bends//elbows/ reducers/bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories fixed on poles from junction box to light fitting with fittings like mild steel clamps, nut & bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Mild steel clamps with nut & bolts shall be measured and paid separately under respective item

Material and labour for servicing of high mast light including of Oiling & greasing of wire rope and driving Motor complete all as sp & dir.

Supply & Fixing in repair of 24 hour timer switch, din rail mounted type on existing panel complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. connected by 4 mm GI wire as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI wire upto 7.5 mtrs long with 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing wire to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
