M & L for 18mm thick Granite stone slab (of any type/Colour ) Slabs machine cut in skirting/dado/ cill cooking platforms and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including rounding to edges cutting and polishing over and including 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 , on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing for Granite stone slab complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS pipe Joist,channel,angle, or tee sections, fixed independently,without connecting plates, etc. ( cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20 mm of the length indicated, conforming to gde Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) Quality complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix of Stainless steel pipe 50/75 mm dia 16 gauge and grade 304 fixed in vertical/Horizontal position cut to length included suitable stainless steel ball, foot caps and top caps required and welded complete all as specified and directed

M&L for UPVC window partly fixed partly openable all as per manufacturers directions:- 1.The profile for costruction of UPVC Door will be of overall size 60x58 mm with wall thickness 2.7 + or - 0.2 mm extruded sections. 2.The corners will be plastic welded. 3.The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanized channel of wall thickness 1.2 mm. 4. The door will be fixed to walls using 8 mm dia 80 mm dia MS screws minimium 3 nos on each sicde. 5.The plain glazing of 4 mm thick will be fixed to door frame with UPVC standerd beadings of 24.5 x 16 mm of 2 mm thick. 6.The bottom portion of door for 1 m height will be provided with UPVC hollow board not less than 6 mm thick. 7.The door shutter will be fixed to frame using 3 nos of 3 D hinges. 8.The door will be provided with one brass mortice lock 100 mm four levers and escutche on plates and two keys , two powder coated aluminium handles 150 mm, one set of cast brass fan light pivot on each shutter, one powder coated aluminium door stopper 100 mm long on each shutter and two 200 mm long powder coated Aluminium tower bolts. Note: The entire fixing will be done as per manufactures instructions and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC SHEET WALL PANELLING (colour and shade as approved by GE) of thickness 5mm solid consisting of panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 50mm wide strips of 5mm thick prelam PVC sheet. The panel & strips shall be of 600 kg / cbm density manufactured by an ISO-9000 certified company. The strips should two PVC strips. The PVC strip shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long M.S screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall. Optionally a U Channel at top, bottom and side edges and strips of 5mm thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement. (Note- Including all nesscesary fittings and scafolding for heighted site) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5 mm thick pvc sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frames as per specification and drawings complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugatged steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for suspended false ceiling system using chicago metallic (E grid)exposed supended system, grid section size 600mm X 600mm comprising of GI powder coated Main Runner of dimensions 39 mm X 24mm X 0.8mm thick (thickness comprising of GI/0.4+ PPPCGS/0.3mm & weight of runner 1.35 kg for 3600mm length) Cross Tee of dimensions 29mm X24mmX0.8mm thick and thick wall angle 22.2mmX22.2mmX 0.65 mm thick ( thickness comprising of GI/0.35+ PPPCGS/0.3mm & weight of angle 0.70 kg for 3050mm length)with and including 4mm thick HPSC(High pressure steam cured) pre-primed , self embossed . textured designer board, water resistant termite resistant , fire resistant for insulation and acoustic purpose to be placed in the grid system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI bar hangers fixed with steel dash through fasteners from purlins of the roof with butterfly clips(Wt-0.007 Kg/clip)hold down clips (Wt-0.0035 Kg/clip) with Provn of light fixture complete all as directed. Make :- EVEREST or other equivalent as approved.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys , scrubing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of Oil Bound Distemper over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer over 3mm thick damproof wall care putty in two layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls plastered or un-plastered by brooming down with steel or wire brush and scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss & efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots , washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface & removing all vegetation growth, nails and making good holes,cracks etc complete by necessary putty and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on old prepared surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed..

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described and removal of dismantling materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing debrish and rubbish off the premises and stacking serviceable tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and precast concrete articles,and removal of demolish materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coveringst complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade FRLS-IS 694 cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium duty ISI marked not less than 20mm dia, concealed conduit wiring in walls and surface with GI saddles GI screws, rawal plugs in ceiling or roof if not possible including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of flush metal boxes, inner and outer plate suitable for modular switch, socket and fan regulator as per site requirement and drawing continuous earth wire with and including PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade FRLS-IS 694 cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) and connected to main earth dolly complete all as specified for one light/Fan point controlled by one Switch.

S&F in replacement of UNSV bulkhead fitting with integrated LED bulk head fitting 10W 600 lumens, 6000 K comprises of pressure die cast housing, acrylic diffuser and frame IP 65 protection, IK-07 etc including connection complete all as directed.Make- C&G or equivalent in Havells/Phillips as approved.
