M&L for providing and fixing 3 mm thick ACP (aluminium composit panel) sheet of approved colour as in signage board, supply and fixing to MS frame of channel/ angle or other sections at 2.5 m to 6.00 m height including drilling holes and fixing with bolts and nuts of suitable size complete in all respects as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) and similar work etc. over and including 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (Cement concrete) 1:3:6 typeC-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even without using extra cement and fair and making 50mm deep joints at every 3 metre interval and at every corner and filling the joints with bitumen of grade 85/25 and sand mixture 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete/brick surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
