M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by removing existing putty/distemper till plaster level and applying two coat of Sureseal by Dr Fixit or equivalent and subsequent application of 2 Coat of Oil Emulsion Distemper over a coat of 2 mm Acrylic/WaterProofing Wall Putty(each Coat not less than 2mm). Note-1.Apply first coat of Sureseal by Dr Fixit (no dilution) & allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. 2.Apply 2nd Coat of Sureseal by Dr Fixit (no dilution) perpendicular to first coat & allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. 3.The work of Sureseal treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufacturers or authorised applicator of manufacturer and quantity of Sureseal will be dedided by expert team as per site requirement. 4. Putty and Oil Emulsion Distemper Shall be measured and Paid Seperately under Relevent item

Note-1.Apply first coat of RainCoat Neo and allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. 2.Apply 2nd Coat of RainCoat Neo perpendicular to first coat & allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. 3.The work of RainCoat Neo treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufacturers or authorised applicator of manufacturer and quantity of Raincoat Neo will be dedided by expert team as per site requirement. 4.Shade/Colour/Texture of Raincoat Neo will be decided By Engr in Charge 5. Putty Shall be measured and Paid Seperately under Relevent item

M & L repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall etc. for continuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 and finished with CM(1:3) after taking down of damaged portion of RCC work by maintaining same level and inserting Reinforcement as required and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish and making the edge water-dropping grooves complete all as specified and directed. Note:1.Height of work to be considered upto 12m from FFL of Ground Floor. 2.Cost of formwork shall be deemed to be included. 3.Reinforcement required to be provided will be paid separately under relevant item.

M & L for repairing of RCC column by necessary preparation, i.e., scrapping, cutting, chiseling, derusting, and cleaning exposed reinforcement surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of rust remover by brushing to the reinforcement to remove loose rust particles and allowing it for 2 to 3 hours. Insert the new reinforcement to the damaged portion by drilling holes at required distance, fill the epoxy into the hole by 2/3 of the hole and insert the reinforcement in the hole, and bind the reinforcement at the rusted portion of reinforcement. Apply cement slurry on the entire damaged area, and plaster the surfaces with cement, sand, and polymer liquid (in 1:3, 15% of cement by weight) and water as required, mixing properly, and plaster the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish.Finish evenly Note:1.Height of work to be considered upto 12m from FFL of Ground Floor. 2.Cost of formwork shall be deemed to be included. 3.Reinforcement required to be provided will be paid separately under relevant item.

TMT bar 10 mm and over cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoopings for cols, hooking ends and binding with ad including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.

TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking end and binding with and incl mild steel wiere (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for repairing of walls/Chhajja upto 12m with and including comprising of the following steps:- (1) Cleaning & drying thoroughly existing surface of walls/Chhajja for all foreign matters such as fungus, moss, dust, etc by wire brushing and removing the existing plaster surface (2) Apply 1st coat of Dr Fixit Raincoat Neo/Equivalent directly from the container (stir content well before use) with brush/roller on the vertical surface in SSD condition diluting 1 Ltr coating with 100mm clean portable water at the rate of 3-4Sqmt/ltr (3). Apply second coats of Dr Fixit raincoat Neo/Equivalent without dilution as waterproof top coat either by railer or brush with force at the rate of 3-4Sqmt/ltr complete all as specified and directed Note: 1.Work shall be carried out through authorised applicator of the product. 2.Qty of different Dr Fixit/Equivalent Compound must be use as the specifications by the company 3.Cost of formwork/scaffolding shall be deemed to be included

Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two coats i.e. 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed. .

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two coats i.e. 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface of External wall by application of 1mm thick wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of internal wall by application of 1mm thick wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of acrylic distemper using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- Putty shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall/ceiling including brooming , scraping down Smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks and applying two coat of 1st quality oil emulsion distemper white/coloured of Ist quality over 1 coat of Acrylic/WaterProofing Wall Putty (where it is required in Patches) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Putty shall be measured and paid seperately under relevan item.

Note:- Putty shall be measured and paid seperately under relevan item.

M&L for 1mm thick Acrylic/WaterProofing Wall Putty and surface finished even and smooth with sand paper complete all as specified and directed

S&F 0.50mm thick (including coated thickness) pre-colour pre- profiled (Galvalume/zinkalume) sheets of required colour and design having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof sheeting/sunshade/ fixed with zinc coated self drilling fastener including EPDM washer complete laid with one corrugation side laps and min 150mm end lap laid to slope all as per manufacturer / profile maker instruction including dismantling of Asbestos cement (corruga ted, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 0.63 mm thick plain galvanised mild steel sheeting using grade ‘O’ sheets with 120 gm Zinc (Spelter) coating Per Sqm both sides inclusive, as in roofs, ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing fixed with ‘L’ or ‘J’ type hook & washers and fixing of valey gutter with Band/Starp/Support incl dismantling of Asbestos cement sheets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in for MS steel work in tubular trusses, purlins, rafter, tubuler column, where connected common rafter and running rails fixed with angle cleat or other connection plates including special shaped washer etc, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming IS-4923,1997 including dismantling of timber scantlings as in timber scantling in fillets rafters, purlins etc under 40 sqcm in section complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly steel surfaces, of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, and applying Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete complete all as specified and as directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) as in roof padding to receive roof treatment including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in roof/terrace complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surface including mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction's and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for taking down/dismantling of existing roof treatment of any description and laying water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions including with following course of description below :- (a) Applying a priming coat of bituminious primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 3 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 .0Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membranceNote : 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only and 10 year company back warranty to be submitted by contractor 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for double storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)

S&F fabricating coloured powder coated aluminium frame work,doors,windows , ventilators, with one or more rebates sections of approved tint as required including beading,cleat, screws,fasteners, plugs, for fixing with wall/ceiling columns/beams etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium coloured power coated Door/window/ventilator shutters, sliding type without sash bar alu section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary locking arrangement, guide wheels, joining cleats, glazing clips rubber packing anodised alu snap beading screws etc including demolition of existing shutters complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4.8 mm thick plain or tinted glass, ordinary quality including rubber gasket for packing and fixed to aluminium Ventilator/window/ incl necessary cutting / moulding and chamferrring of edges for service window/counters complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for galvanised Stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36mm dia wire and average width of aperture 1.4mm & fixed with tacks of stainless steel wire staples,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) any colour of for fixing in shutter/partition with all other necessary accessories for fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1000ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layered white (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position and including 20 mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plasttic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/2.0mm-455gms/40-690gms) including dismantling of water tanks complete all as specified and directed

All as per above but 500Ltr complete all as specified and directed

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:4 incl demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars complete all as specified.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry but except stones un-coursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to RR or Polygon rubble uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded agg) in copings, Kneelers, apex stone, bed plate, kerbs including slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating incl demolition of existing concrete as directed.

M & L for Pre cast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bond stones in lieu of stone bond stones, set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 75/110 mm bore PVC (SWR) waste and vent pipes , single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches/floors or fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC Wall Lining consisting of 1-2 mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet 10 to 12 mm hollow section inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame incl all necessary fixing arrangement as per specifications and drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

S& F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick Prelam PVC sheet in strips & channel feathered at the edges for fixing on Solid PVC Wall Lining, Insulated PVC Wall Lining, and Solid PVC Partitions inclusive of Solvent Cement and fixing at site complete all as specified and as directed.
