M&L sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor cable 4 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire in PVC casing caping conduit and earth wire connected to common earth dolly all as specified & directed. Note :- Three run 4 sqmm cable shall be measured as one unit.

Cutting existing steel tubing for alterations or additons (Each cut measured) & screwing existing steel tubing for alteration or additions (or lenghtining screw on pipe to form connector) and necessarily done in position without taking down for 15 mm bore pipe complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying and laying of GI pipe 15 mm bore of medium grade with all fittings on walls/ ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified & directed.

S&F stop valve, 15mm bore cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch of butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed, fancy type, chromium plated complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing Bib taps, 15 mm bore cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly hanlde, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed, fancy type, chrormium plated complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating of capacity 2 TR complete all as specified & directed.

Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of + 2.5 of capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified & directed.

Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits) with two single core 4 Sqmm and one 4 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS cable with stranded copper conductor drawing into and including PVC non metallic rigid conduit medium grade complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying, laying, commisioning and testing of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed steel armoured aluminum stranded conductor LT UG cable ( Conforming to IS 7098) ISI marked in trenches / ducts / through GI pipes under roads of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specifed and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/disintegrated soil not exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying UG cable/foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/disintegrated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soft/disintegrated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with layer of fine river dry sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Punned (consolidated ) thicness of sand will be measured and paid.

M&L for cable protection bricks common burnt clay sub class 'B' designation 75 for protection of UG cable laid in trenches complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for GI water tubing,40 mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / pole post /under culvert/ under road etc. for cable protection complete all as specified and directed .

S&F MCB DB TPN 4 way with 200 amps 415 volts rated copper busbar in sheet steel enclosure.double door type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB, SPN, AC, 240 volts of 40 Amps capacity 10KA, 'C' series and making connections with suitable size of copper lugs complete all as specified & directed.

S&F MCB, TPN, AC, 415 volts of 63 Amps capacity 16KA, 'C' series and making connections with suitable size of copper lugs complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. connected by 4mm GI Wire check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI Wire upto 7.5 mtrs long with 15 mm dia Medium grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip toDB, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Two runs of phase, neutral wire and one run of earth wire and PVC conduit will be measured as one RM or one length.

Note : Four runs of phase, neutral wire and one run of earth wire and PVC conduit will be measured as one RM or one length.

S& F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one double pole MCB od 10 Amp complete all as specified & directed.

S& F Triple pole and earth enclosure with a three pin and earth plug and socket complete with one Triple pole MCB of 20 Amp complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for design ,supply, fabrication, Installation, testing and commissoning Factory made LT panel at outdoor type totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, suitably ventilated, floor mounted, 415 volts, 3 phase and neutral, 50 Hz AC supply system, fully compartmentalized, both side openable, made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet, protection of enclousure IP-54 as per IS: 2147 of 1962 with pre-treatment and powder coated of approved colour including suitable frame work/support made out of suitable size angle iron/flat iron, front opening type with provision for cable entry, with proper ferrule and cable glands, internal wiring with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size(minimum 1.5 sqmm), including required civil works/anchoring bolts for fixing, PCC foundation etc with and including following all as specified and directed. S&F of steel tubular swaged poles complete as per IS-2713 MS base plate of size 300mmx300mmx6mm , final taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) including necessary earth work and excavation, PCC in foundation 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth block, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, painting two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including 4 Nos band/straps with yellow and black colour in alternatete way (250mm wide each) aluminium paint two coat at a distance 300mm from plinth block and marking pole nos with black paint including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note : Required earth work, PCC foundation will be paid separetly under relevant items of Sch A.

Supply & fixing stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 300x300x6mm, stay rod 215cm long and 16mm dia with nuts including GI Bow turn buckle etc, all as per Electrical Plate No 1 SSR-2009 Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for loop type insulators vitreous porcelain white, brown or green large size with overall dimensions 90x140 mm clearance of hole 25.5mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing bracket made out of 40mm bore, steel tubings, galvanised, light grade not less than 1.2 mtr long bend to shape with all fitting including fixed on pole with 02 Nos MS Clamp made out of F1 40x6mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing/laying 25mm bore, steel tubings, galvanised, light grade with all fitting laid across road , in trenches or across PCC drain or along electric pole or floor/wall etc for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing LED Street light fitting 60W housing made out of pressure die-cast aluminium alloy with toughned glass, IP-66 protection, working on 240 Volts , 50 HZ, consisting of reflective lens wired with appropriate driver PF0.90 having over voltage protection upto 440 volts, Surge protection level ≥ 10 KV, thermal short circuit protection THD 10% made up of long life LED chips (SMD) in modular with Ra70, and LED lumen efficiency 110 lumen per watt, LED should be of more than 01 watt CCT should be between 5700° K- 6500° K complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Loop in and Loop FRP rectangular SMC junction box made out of front operable hinged from side of size 240x130x110 mm suitable for outdoor installation weather proof having 4 pole cable connector (for cable in and out function) fixed inside box with insulator support and 01 nos MCB SP 06 Amp fixed inside box complete to pole for street light fitting with mS clamps 40x5 mm GI nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete/coping complete all as specified and directed.

M & L, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete/foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8, type D2, ( using 40mm graded stone Agg) in foundation and posts including caps and bases all as specified as directed.

S&F PVC rigid non metallic conduit of 20mm dia, on poles for drawing 3 core 1.5 Sqmm multistranded PVC insulated cable with fittings like MS clamps, Nut & Bolts etc upto 5 mtr length required, complete all as specified and directed. Note: MS Clamp, Nuts & Bolts are deemed to quoted in item rate.
