Taking down of cement plaster on block walls/Stone Walls including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down etc on walls including material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

S&F in repair for PVC water tank cover of capacity 500/1000 ltr complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and form mouths of circulating pipes, etc. capacity exc 250 but n exc 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Note No 1:- Any type of complain pertain to periodical services brought out by Engg-in -Charge or JE to contractor should be rectify with in the 24 hr duration by contractor, otherwise penalty of RS 500 charged from contractor in the RAR/Bill and the same shall be carry over on regular basis if complain is not get rectified.

Note No. 2 :- Two No. of Labour should be provided by contractor to JE on a daily basis for execution of complain at site.

Note No. 3 :- Contractor Shall furnish a 4 Yrs Paint Guarantee and 2.5 % Individual Security Deposit for the executed Acrylic Paint Quantities.

Note No. 4 :- The Buildings to which Periodical Service have been catered in this tender During the handing /taking of Qtr all furniture should be deposit to BSO yard and shall be returned back from BSO Yard to Qtr,after the complition of the Periodical Service work by the contract .The rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include the above provision. Any damage during the execution shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost. The contractor is advised to avoid any possible damage to the structure/furniture. In case of any damage, the same shall be made good with materials and workmanship, which match with the existing at Contractor's cost. Decision of Accepting Officer regarding who is responsible for damage, what extent the compensation has to be levied in case contractor does not rectify the damages etc shall be final and binding and the provision for such precautionary work shall be deemed to be considered in the rate quoted against the respective items in Schedule 'A'
