Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (SGSW /reinforced/CI /PVC etc)) of 150 mm nominal bore laid in trenches, set & jointed in cement morter, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (SGSW /reinforced/CI /PVC etc)) of 100 mm nominal bore laid in trenches, set & jointed in cement morter, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 75mm thick Cement concrete type D-2 , 1:4:8 (40mm gradede aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with Sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:4.all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, weathering slighly rounded or chamfered angles etc including use of necessary form work all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick walling in CM (1:4) ,finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance exceeding 250m but n. exc. 500 mtr and depositing where directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slabs set in cm (1:4) including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Salt-glazed stone ware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified of 150 mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Salt-glazed stone ware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified of 100 mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggrs as in packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe or as required at site after the pipes are laid over the existing bed and tested for 150 mm bore of pipe all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M & L for PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed/floor, trenches to wall 110mm bore, incl taking down of existing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall/floor 75mm bore, incl taking down of existing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) including PVC seat cover complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC valve less syphonic action type flushing cistern 10ltr capacity low level, white/coloured with inlet ball valve flaot and handle including bracket (incl.taking down old cistern ) and fixing of PVC flush pipe 32 mm dia and PVC connection pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S & F glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mmx300mmx 8 to 9mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (a) Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622-2017, Group B III with average water absorption between 10% to 15% length, width and strightness of sides +0.20% (Max deviation) Thickness + 4.0% (Max deviation) straightness of sides and rectangularity +0.15% (Max deviation) surface flatness +0.22% (max deviation). Breaking strength 500 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. (b) Shade of the tiles including colour, design and pattern shall be approved by AGE (I)

M & L Non skid light colour ceramic tiles of any design and pattern 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6. finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/tiles etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Tiles shall be conforming to IS-15622-2006, Group B II with average water absorption between 3% to 6% length, width and strightness of sides +0.10% (Max deviation). thickness + 5.0% (Max deviation). Centre & edge curvature and warpage +0.50% (Max deviation). breaking strength 1000N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. (b) Shade of the tiles including colour, design and pattern shall be approved by AGE (I)

M & L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to walling and rendering, cutting out branch chhanel and making good benching for and forming branch chhanel (1/2 round 3/4section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150 mm dia of pipe all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to walling and rendering, cutting out branch chhanel and making good benching for and forming branch chhanel (1/2 round 3/4section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 100 mm dia of pipe all as specified and as directed.

Opening of manhole covers, taking out sludge from septic tanks, inspection chambers, man holes & septik tank etc. manually or mechanically , of any depth, burrying in nearby pit, distance not exc 50 m including necessary earth work all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning sewage lines, carefully by rodding manually or mechanically between two inspection chambers, manholes or septic tank,dia of pipe is 100 /150 mm bore sewer lines all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blockage in WCs traps,floor traps,gully traps and CI/PVC pipes fixed vertically with wall / floor up to Ist MH/Chamber etc.manualy by washing out blocked sludge etc. all as specified and directed.
