Supply and laying XLPE insulated galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power UG cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 V grade of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power UG cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 V grade of size 10 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc. 1.5 m wide and n' exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling of excavated soil, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers, not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable, 8 cms thick before laying the cable and 15 cms thick after laying & stretching the cable in trenches, including hand punning and consolidating, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- For payment purpose punned thickness shall be measured.

Bricks, old size sub class `B' laid in trenches with width wise along the alignment of the cable as protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix tube 'Light' grade galvanised with all fitting laid in trenches, fixed to wall and floor of 50 mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix tube 'Light' grade galvanised with all fitting laid in trenches, fixed to wall and floor of 80 mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement DK Thermoplastic cable junction boxes of size 167x125x82mm , IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry , weather proof for outdoor installation & inclu cable glands with four terminals & two busbar fixing on 04 Nos DMC insulators for terminating with one incoming & one outgoing armoured UG cable of size 4 to 10 sqmm x 2 core with suitable size of lug including fixing to the PCC/Steel Poles by means of suitable size of clamps with nuts & bolts & complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for DK Thermoplastic cable junction boxes of size 167x125x82mm , IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry , weather proof for outdoor installation & inclu cable glands with four terminals & two busbar fixing on 04 Nos DMC insulators for terminating with one incoming & one outgoing armoured UG cable of size 4 to 10 sqmm x 2 core with suitable size of lug including fixing to the PCC/Steel Poles by means of suitable size of clamps with nuts & bolts & complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for under ground pneumatic horizontal drilling of holes (HDD) under road, pavement, hard standing as required length at site by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique with necessary horizontal direction drilling machine . The contractor shall be conduct under ground scanning to detect existing HT/LT cable line , sewage line, OFC Cable etc to avoid damage. The entry/exist hole must be large enough to fit the drilling tool and the operator in it so they can aim the tool. The hole also must be deep enough that as the tool compacts the ground and the surface to be remain undisturbed. The depth of the starting bore pit depends on the type of the soil that is being worked in and how well it compacts. The operator shall aim the tool to the desire exit point and allow it to perform it function creating a bore hole under the ground without disturbing surfaces. The operator also should monitor the surface to make sure that, it is undisturbed. As the tool near to the exit point it is slowed down and the exit pit should be dug to locate both the tool and the bore. As the tool enters the exit pit the operator should choose either dig up the tool to retrieve it or reverses the tool back into the first bore pit to retrieve it including connected earth work, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying of High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating HDPE Pipes PN 6 size 110mm (4") laid in trenches for the protection of HT UG Cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded caushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles and stay etc including form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3;6 type C-1 (using 20 mm crushed stone aggregate) as in coping of poles etc including form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement for earthing with copper earth plate of size 60cm x 60cm x 3 mm thick electrode burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr and top edge of the plate not less than 0.5 mtr below ground level with adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt to a packed thickness not less than 15 cm on all side of earth plate including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of strata, returning re-filling in and removal of surplus strata to a distance not exc. 50 mtr including copper strip 25 x 4 mm earth strip duly soldered,/brazing and rivetted to earth plate at one end including all joints and connected to terminal block to GI clamping with GI nuts, bolts, washers and providing GI 40 mm dia medium grade GI pipe from earth plate to terminal block above ground level for watering pipe arrangement 20 GI light grade shall provide upto earth electrode GI funnel, with wire mesh shall be provided on the top of this pipe PCC 1:3:6 type C1 CI chamber RCC 1:2:4 type B1 for earth pit cover with 6 Nos 8mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways 10mm dia TMT bar shall be provided as in handle for lifting the slab complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I 2009 including testing on completion all as directed. Note:- (i) If the desired earth resistance is not found within permissible limit shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost. (ii) Cost of copper strip and 40 mm dia pipe medium grade upto 7.5 mtr is included in the rate quoted for this item).

Supply and fix Vertical TPN DBs with , double door with IP-43 protection suitable for TP/FP MCCB 160 Amps as incomer and TPN/SPN MCB as outgoing 415 volts 4-way without MCCB & MCBs, including suitable size copper bus bar and neutral link fixed flush in wall including chases wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall surfaces to match with existing specification complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- MCCBs/ MCBs will be measured and paid for separetely.)

Material and labour for MCCB, Four pole, 160 Amp, 36 KA rupturing capacity, IP-54 protection, thermal magnetic release adjustable type, 415 Volt, complete all as specified and directed.

Sheet metal enclosure MCB DB, double door , 08 way SPN, 240 volts with 200 Amps rated bus bar with blanking plates wherever required and I.P. 20 degree protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of MCB single pole and neutral 240 volts, 25 to 40 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply install, testing and commissioning LT Distribution Panel (CPRI approved) as per IS / ICE 61439-part I&II, Cubicle type,IP-65, outdoor type, factory fabricated made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet outer & 2 mm thick CRCA sheet inner of suitable size to accommodate all accessories / fittings, compartmentalized in construction to accommodate the incoming MCCB and TPN bus bars and outgoing feeders. The TPN busbars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC / epoxy insulator . The incoming as well as outgoint MCCBs shall have extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC/Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. All extension links / interconnections shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve . The cubicle shall have frame work, bottom & 45 CM iong 4 legsof size 50 x 50 x 6 mm Angle iron, grouted in PCC 1:3:6 as directed by Eng-in-charge. A detacheable gland plate of thickness not less than 3 mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size compression glands,The panel shall be painting with powder coated finish with RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY STRUCTURE after seven tank phosphating treatment, front & back opening type, and fixing 2 Nos.danger notice plate with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door to LT panel with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English, with double door shutter and shall have louvers and airvent gasket for natural flow of air, Neoprene adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel vermin proof and including 1 Cum PCC 1:3:6 foundation as directed by Engr-in-Charge . The panel comprising of following.: Note:- LT Panel board should be as per IS/ICE 61439-part I&II Type Test certificates for TEMPERATURE RISE TEST, DI – ELECTRIC TEST and Degree of protection IP – 65 at minimum 4000 Amps with Breaking capacity not less then 65KA.
