Disconnecting and taking down the existing unserviceable sluice valve 100 mm dia installed in position and removed from site and Supply, Fixing, testing and connecting cast iron sluice valve heavy duty double flanged, 100 mm dia PN 1.6 confirming to IS 14846: 2000 ISI marked with Stainless steel spindle and two nos of MS flange of 16mm thick, 8 holes with nuts and bolts packing materials complete including cutting the existing watermain for fixing cast iron sluice valve and jointing welding complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down the existing unserviceable Air Relaese valve of cast iron and supply installing and testing of heavy duty cast iron Air Relaese valve PN 1.6 confirming IS 5312-1 (2004) ISI marked along with two Nos of heavy duty flange 16 mm thick, 8 hole suitable for 100 mm dia with all fixing accessories such as suitable size nut and bolts of 16 Nos, packing material of leather buffalo including cutting the existing water main of 100 mm dia for fixing the non return valve, welding jointing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for valve chamber of size 900mm x 900mm x 860mm (internal dimentions) with brick masonty valve chamber, 100mm thich PCC (1:4:8) type D2 as in foundation, 230mm thick brick wall built in CM (1:6), 50mm thich coping of PCC (1:3:6) type C1, 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) to all internal and exposed surface including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, MS sheet cover 6mm thickness along with angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 5mm with locking arrangement with necessary fixing materials like hinges, nut bolts etc (valve chamber cover shall be opened in two valves) and painting to MS cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc with complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work of angle iron or other section as in support of pipe line conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be inclusive of cutting to dead lenth where required, notching, drilling, fitting, rivetting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolt and nuts), providing and fiitings angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plate etc., also for welding plumbing, truing up and fixing complete. No claim whatso ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account.

M&L for walling of square rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, stone masonary work built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Only quantity of PCC bond stone to be deducted from quantity of random rubble masonary.
