Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level )and removing unserviceable material, outside cantt area complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35mm thick factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moistur proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer- In- Charge. Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately.

S&F Factory made double riveted WPC (wood polymer composite) solid door frames/chowkat of size 65x125 mm of virgin PVC Polymer of K value 58-60(Suspension Grade) calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood/powder/rice husk/wheat husk ) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threated star heads SS screw having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum screw withdrawal strenght of 2200 N (face) and 1100 N (Edge)proof, water/moisture proo, minimum compressive strenght of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and serestance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 250mm long mild steel sliding door bolts, stove enamelled mild steel anodised sliding door bolt with hasp staple, bolt type, and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections & fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 150mm long, aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts, of extruded section ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Aluminium handles cast type anodised of size 150mm long ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only stainless steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and avarage width of aperature 1.18 mm dia complete all as sp & dir.

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and similar works including finishing the surface of concrete topping even & fair, without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free , Non- skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exe 0.18 sqm but not exe 0.38, as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 Set and jointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified & directed.

M&L glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 15 mm thick rendering (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hackisng for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats i.e. 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate of WPC will be included in this item.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of internal wall by application of wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacture complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of water tanks exc 500 ltr capcity but n exc 1000 ltr complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC pipe 32/40 mm dia as in waste pipe to sink complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 600mm x 450mm beveled edge mirror of selected quality glass, mounted on 6mm thick commercial quality ply-wood and fixed to wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screws and cup washers complete supplied and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair CP Brass Tubular towel rail 20mm dia D-type 60 cm long between flanges, including brackets and fixed to walls, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm Bib tap fancy type cast copper chromium plated alloy with capstan handle screwed down screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint etc over one coat of primer complete all as directed.

Complete removal of exixting treatment of internal wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper using roller over one coat of alkali resistant priming to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth of all as specified and prescribed by manufacturer of paint and all as directed.

Dismantaling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and Fixing False Ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225 : 1987, Non Combustible as per BS 476 (part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal T-grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main T-runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross -T size 15 x 32 mm of length 1200 mm, and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length, 600 mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanising @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e, 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hangar rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85 x 25 x 2 mm, Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24 x 24 x 0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing, and as per directions of engineer-in-charge with semi perforated 12mm thick micro tabular edged GRG false ceiling tiles complete all as specified and directed.
