The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works, such as river training works, with a minimum value of Rs. 1 lakh in any one of the last 5 financial years in a single job. The bidder should also have executed similar electrical works for a minimum amount of Rs. 1 lakh in any one of the last 5 financial years in a single job, with a minimum of 50% of the electrical works completed. The bidder should have completed similar works, with a weightage of 5% per year to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of at least 80% of the contract value (i.e., Rs. 62.92 Crore, excluding GST) as a prime contractor, or at least two similar works of value not less than 50% of the estimated value of the contract (i.e., Rs. 39.33 Crore, excluding GST) within the last 60 months from the last date of submission. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of 'similar construction contracts' in the role of contractor for at least the last 5 years prior to the bid submission deadline. The bidder should also provide details of similar works completed, including the name of the employer, brief description of work, contract number, date of issue of work contract, value of contract, stipulated completion date, and actual completion date. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total tender value, calculated as: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A x N x 2 - B), where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any single year during the last five years, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and B is the value of existing commitments on ongoing works. All pending litigation shall be treated as resolved against the bidder and should not represent more than 50% of the bidder's net worth.
