The required prior work experience for the bidder varies depending on the type of specialized work. For Plumbing and Sanitary Installations, the bidder should have experience of having successfully completed works during the last seven years, with the following criteria: - One work of financial value not less than 80% of the stated specialized component - Two works each of financial value not less than 60% of the stated specialized component - Three works each of financial value not less than 40% of the stated specialized component For Waterproofing Works, the bidder should have experience of having successfully completed works during the last seven years, with the following criteria: - One work of financial value not less than 80% of the Waterproofing Sub-head works put to tender - Two works each of financial value not less than 60% of the Waterproofing Sub-head works put to tender - Three works each of financial value not less than 40% of the Waterproofing Sub-head works put to tender For Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm System, the bidder should have experience of having successfully completed works during the last seven years, with the following criteria: - Three similar completed works each of value not less than 40% of Sub-Head total of Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm System - Two similar completed works each of value not less than 60% of Sub-Head total of Electric Sub-Station - One similar completed work each of value not less than 80% of Sub-Head total of Electric Sub-Station For Electric Sub-Station, the bidder should have experience of having successfully completed works during the last seven years, with the following criteria: - One similar completed work of value not less than 80% of the Sub-Head total of Electric Sub-Station - Two similar completed works each of value not less than 60% of the Sub-Head total of Electric Sub-Station - Three similar completed works each of value not less than 40% of the Sub-Head total of Electric Sub-Station. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion.
