The required prior work experience for the bidder varies depending on the type of work. For Electric Sub-Station, the bidder should have experience of having successfully completed works during the last seven years, with one of the following conditions: - Three Similar completed works each of value not less than 40% of Sub-Head total of Electric Sub-Station. - Two Similar completed works each of value not less than 60% of Sub-Head total of Electric Sub-Station. - One Similar completed work each of value not less than 80% of Sub-Head total of Electric Sub-Station. For Plumbing and Sanitary Installations, the bidder should associate with other agencies that have experience of having successfully completed works during the last seven years, with one of the following conditions: - One work of financial value not less than 80% of ECPT of stated specialized component. - Two works each of financial value not less than 60% of ECPT of stated specialized component. - Three works each of financial value not less than 40% of ECPT of stated specialized component. For Waterproofing Works, the associated agency should have experience of having successfully completed works during the last seven years, with one of the following conditions: - One work of financial value not less than 80% of Waterproofing Sub-head works put to tender. - Two works each of financial value not less than 60% of Waterproofing Sub-head works put to tender. - Three works each of financial value not less than 40% of Waterproofing Sub-head works put to tender. For Plumbing and Sanitary Installations i/c fixtures, the associated agency should have experience of having successfully completed works during the last seven years, with one of the following conditions: - One work of financial value not less than 80% of Plumbing and Sanitary Installations i/c fixtures Sub-head works put to tender. - Two works each of financial value not less than 60% of Plumbing and Sanitary Installations i/c fixtures Sub-head works put to tender. - Three works each of financial value not less than 40% of Plumbing and Sanitary Installations i/c fixtures Sub-head works put to tender. For Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm System, the bidder should have experience of having successfully completed works during the last seven years, with one of the following conditions: - Three Similar completed works each of value not less than 40% of Sub-Head total of Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm System. - Two Similar completed works each of value not less than 60% of Sub-Head total of Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm System. - One Similar completed work each of value not less than 80% of Sub-Head total of Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm System. The specialized agency should have satisfactorily completed the said specialized work of amount as mentioned during the last 7 years.
