Providing the Services of 02 Nos Highly skilled Computer Operators for Sub-Division office during office hours & as when required as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Operating computers & peripherals, preparing Pay bills, typing work in Hindi & English, printing work, preparing monthly progress reports, Tender documents, Estimates & Technical Sanctions and various office works. Skill level A: Person must be expert in using M.S. windows 7/8.1, M.S. Office incl. WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, ACCESS, WBPMS, PMS, and can do small programming & can operate IADB, IPA & can handle small problems of computer hardware & peripherals as per the direction of Engineer in charge. The person should have more than 7 years of experience. The worker category for this sub-head is "Highly skilled" as per Ministry of Labour guidelines. This whole work for one month shall be treated as one job. (2 x 6 = 12 Jobs).

Providing the services of office attendant and messenger for Sub-Division office during office hours & as and when required by the Engineer-in-Charge. (The person engaged shall have adequate command of CPWD working having a minimum experience of 06 years in CPWD office and preferably local resident of Dehradun.) (1 x 6 = 06 Jobs).
