The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work worth 35% of the Tender value, which is Rs. 117.44 Lac, or at least two similar works worth 25% each of the tender value, which is Rs. 83.89 Lac, within the last five years prior to the Bid Submission deadline. The bidder should have completed at least 25% of the estimated cost of major items of civil works in a single project executed in the last five years. The total value of the similar works should be at least Rs. 117.44 Lac. Additionally, the bidder should have a total value of civil engineering work performed in the last five years. The bidder should also have experience in similar works, such as electrical, fire fighting, and HVAC system, with a value of at least Rs. 5 Crore, and experience of 5 years. The bidder should have completed works with a value of at least Rs. 25 Crore, with experience of 6 years and 4 years in specific areas. The bidder is required to invest a minimum of 20% of the contract value of the work during implementation of the contract and have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities not less than 20% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 67.11 Lac.
