Outgoing Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Electrically Charged EDO Type Microprocessor based, Draw out type 1000 Amps,65 KA, 4 Pole ACB along with protection relays, Electrically and mechanically charged with On/Off indication and associate accessories in existing panel, will have inbuilt 6NO+6NC Auxiliary contact, safety shutter assembly, racking handle , door seal frame, push button cover and rating error preventer with Complete control wiring as per direction of engineer on charge.

Providing and fixing 630 Amps, 50 KA, FPMCCB rating and breaking capacity MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, With Rotary Handle etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 400 Amps, 50 KA, FPMCCB rating and breaking capacity MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, With Rotary Handle etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 250 Amps, 50 KA, FPMCCB rating and breaking capacity MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, With Rotary Handle etc. as required.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped galvanized Iron cable tray (Galvanization thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required.600 mm width X 75 mm depth X 2.0 mm thickness

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanized Iron cable tray (Galvanization thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required.300 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mmX600mmX3mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7-meter-long etc. with charcoal/cock and salt complete as required

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on existing cable tray as required. A) Above 185 sq. mm and up to 400 sq. mm (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and making indoor end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. a) 3½ X 300 sq. mm (70 mm)

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. A) 3½ X 300 sq. mm
