The required prior work experience for the bidder is a minimum of five years. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed works during the last four financial years. For works more than 10.00 Lacs and up to 15.00 Lacs, the tenderer must have experience of successfully executed work of at least two jobs equal to the bid value in the last four financial years. For works more than 15.00 Lacs and up to 100.00 Lacs, and for works more than 100.00 Lacs and up to 500.00 Lacs, similar work experience is necessary, but specific requirements are not mentioned. In terms of specific values and percentages, the following are mentioned: - For works more than 100.00 Lacs and up to 2000.00 Lacs, the tenderer should have at least two jobs each equal to 75% of the bid value or one work equal to 75% of the bid value in the last four financial years. - For works of 2000.00 Lacs and above, the tenderer should have at least three works each equal to 40% of the bid value, or two works each equal to 60% of the bid value, or one work equal to 80% of the bid value in the last four financial years. The cumulative financial turn over and current liquid assets should be as under: 1.5 Times bid value, 5% of the bid value for works more than Rs.10.00 Lacs & upto Rs.15.00 Lacs. 1.5 Times bid value, 10% of the bid value for works more than Rs.15.00 Lacs & upto Rs.100.00 Lacs. 1.5 Times bid value, 12% of the bid value for works more than Rs.100.00 Lacs & upto Rs.500.00 Lacs. 2.00 Times bid value, 12% of the bid value for works Rs.500.00 Lacs and above. The bidder should have on their payroll the following staff: Diploma Engineer - 1 for works more than Rs.10.00 Lacs & upto Rs.15.00 Lacs. Graduate Engineer – 1, Diploma Engineer - 1 for works more than Rs.15.00 Lacs & upto Rs.100.00 Lacs. If any work of a tenderer is behind the schedule by more than 15%, then that tenderer shall be disqualified from the process of opening of price-bid.
