The required prior work experience for the bidder is in similar fields for the last four financial years in organized sectors. The tenderer must have experience of successfully executed work as stated below: 1. Works more than 10.00 Lacs: At least two jobs equal to the bid value. 2. Works more than 15.00 Lacs and upto 100.00 Lacs: At least two jobs equal to the bid value. 3. Works more than 100.00 Lacs and upto 2000.00 Lacs: At least two jobs equal to the bid value or one work equal to 75% of the bid value. 4. Works Rs.2000.00 Lacs and above: At least three works each equal to 40% of the bid value or two works each equal to 60% of the bid value or one work equal to 80% of the bid value. The values and percentages of similar works completed are: - 10.00 Lacs (two jobs equal to the bid value) - 15.00 Lacs to 100.00 Lacs (two jobs equal to the bid value) - 100.00 Lacs to 2000.00 Lacs (two jobs equal to the bid value or one work equal to 75% of the bid value) - 2000.00 Lacs and above (three works each equal to 40% of the bid value or two works each equal to 60% of the bid value or one work equal to 80% of the bid value) - 40% of the bid value - 60% of the bid value - 75% of the bid value - 80% of the bid value. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum of five years of experience and should have completed similar works with specific requirements for different categories of works. The financial capability requirements are: - 5% of the bid value for works more than Rs.10.00 Lacs & upto Rs.15.00 Lacs - 10% of the bid value for works more than Rs.15.00 Lacs & upto Rs.100.00 Lacs - 12% of the bid value for works more than Rs.100.00 Lacs & upto Rs.500.00 Lacs - 12% of the bid value for works Rs.500.00 Lacs and above Also, 1.5 times the bid value is required for cumulative turnover for all categories of works.
