The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar fields for the last four financial years in organized sectors. The bidder should have experience of successfully executed work, with specific requirements as follows: 1. Works more than 10.00 Lacs: At least two jobs equal to the bid value, and up to 15.00 Lacs. 2. Works more than 15.00 Lacs: At least two jobs equal to the bid value, and up to 100.00 Lacs. 3. Works more than 100.00 Lacs: At least two jobs equal to the bid value or one work equal to 75% of the bid value, and up to 2000.00 Lacs. 4. Works of 2000.00 Lacs and above: At least three works each equal to 40% of the bid value, or two works each equal to 60% of the bid value, or one work equal to 80% of the bid value. For water proofing & Anti termite works, the bidder should have minimum five year experience. The bidder should provide a list of works satisfactorily completed during the last four financial years, along with certificates clearly indicating the head bifurcation of works. Additionally, for internal development of sectors, experience of any two activities such as road, drain, water supply, and sewerage may be considered, with specific types of work having additional experience considerations. The cumulative financial turnover requirements are also specified, with values ranging from 1.5 to 2 times the bid value, depending on the bid value amount. The current liquid assets or Solvency Certificate requirements range from 5% to 12% of the bid value. A relaxation of 20% is given on the total requirement of turnover for working contractors.
