The required prior work experience for the bidder involves completing works of a certain magnitude in the last four financial years. The experience requirements are categorized based on the value of the works: 1. Works more than 1000 Lacs: At least four similar works, with two works equal to or more than the bid value, and up to 1800 Lacs. 2. Works more than 1600 Lacs: At least four similar works, with two works equal to or more than the bid value, and up to 10000 Lacs. 3. Works more than 10000 Lacs: At least four similar works, with two works equal to or more than the bid value, and up to 200000 Lacs. 4. Works of 200000 Lacs and above: All the works executed above, with each work equal to 40% of the bid value. The bidder should furnish proof showing that they have work experience of the last four financial years, unless qualified for relaxation, in similar fields supported with each year's experience certificates. The cumulative financial turnover and current liquid assets should be as follows: - For works more than 1000 Lacs and up to 1500 Lacs: 15 times the bid value, with 5% of the bid value as liquid assets. - For works more than 1500 Lacs and up to 10000 Lacs: 8% of the bid value as liquid assets. - For works more than 10000 Lacs and up to 50000 Lacs: 6% of the bid value as liquid assets. - For works of 50000 Lacs and above: 8% of the bid value as liquid assets. Additionally, the bidder should provide a list of works, including the date of start and completion, amount of work actually executed, and certificates clearly indicating the experience. The experience certificates should clearly indicate the head bifurcation of works, such as Road, Drain, Sewer, Water supply, Building, Electrical, etc. The bidder should have on their payroll a certain number of technical staff, including graduate and diploma engineers, depending on the category of work. The bidder should also have sufficient machinery, tools, and plants necessary for carrying out the work. The bidder should submit a solvency certificate, with their liquid assets not less than Rs 1000 Lacs, and a certificate of experience, with the amount of work done against the agreement clearly mentioned. The decision of the Senior Manager in charge of the work regarding the presence and/or absence of the bidder's engineers from the work shall be final and binding on the bidder. The bidder is required to have prior work experience, with a list of works satisfactorily completed during the last four financial years in Central/State Govt/Union Territory/Semi Govt/Public Sector undertaking. The bidder should provide proof of liquid assets, duly certified by their bankers, and submit an affidavit regarding the deployment of graduate and diploma engineers on the work. The bidder should inform the Senior Manager/General Manager, YEIDA, within 3 days if there is any reduction in equipment below the limit required for prequalification, and arrange to make it up within another one week, failing which YEIDA will be free to impose any penalty that it may deem fit, which will be final and binding upon the bidder.
