The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the category of works. For works more than 10.00 Lacs and up to 15.00 Lacs, the bidder should have at least two jobs equal to the bid value in the last four financial years. For works more than 15.00 Lacs and up to 100.00 Lacs, the bidder should have at least two jobs equal to the bid value in the last four financial years. For works more than 100.00 Lacs and up to 2000.00 Lacs, the bidder should have at least two jobs equal to the bid value or one work equal to 75% of the bid value in the last four financial years. For works of 2000.00 Lacs and above, the bidder should have at least three works each equal to 40% of the bid value, or two works each equal to 60% of the bid value, or one work equal to 80% of the bid value in the last four financial years. The values and percentages of similar works completed are as follows: - Two jobs equal to the bid value - One work equal to 75% of the bid value - Three works each equal to 40% of the bid value - Two works each equal to 60% of the bid value - One work equal to 80% of the bid value. The bidder should have completed works satisfactorily during the last four financial years. The cumulative turnover will be considered for three consecutive years out of the last four assessment years. The required prior work experience for the bidder is a minimum of five years. The bidder's performance and financial position will be evaluated based on their past experience and financial records. All working contractors shall be eligible for a relaxation of 20% in the value of turnover and liquid assets or Solvency certificate required in a particular tender. A 5-year guarantee for work done is required from the firm. List of works satisfactorily completed during the last four financial years, with attested copy of experience certificate is required.
