The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Minimum 15 years of experience in Building MEP / Civil / construction for B.S in Engineering /B.E. / B.E. Civil. - Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering for B.Tech./B.E. Structural. - Minimum 7 years of experience in Architecture for B.Arch. - Minimum 7 years of experience in Energy modelling/ Net Zero buildings / Radiant Cooling for B.Tech./B.E. Mechanical. - Minimum 7 years of experience in project management for Project Manager (Operation and Maintenance) (B tech /MBA). The bidder should have a minimum of (i) Three similar works completed in last 7 years each costing not less than the amount equal to 12 crores, or (ii) Two similar works completed in last 7 years each costing not less than the amount equal to 18 crores, or (iii) One similar work completed in last 7 years costing not less than the amount equal to 24 crores. Alternatively, the bidder should have a minimum of (i) Three similar works completed in the last 7 years each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of Contract Value or (ii) Two similar works completed in the last 7 years each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of Contract Value or (iii) One similar work completed in the last 7 years costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of Contract Value. The bidder needs to provide a list of their completed works, including the value of the work in INR, escalated value of the work in INR (with a simple rate of 5% year on year), and the percentage increase (5% year on year). In the evaluation criteria, prior experience of the Bidder in executing similar works completed in the last 7 years is considered, with the following marks allocation: - Three similar completed work costing not less than 12 crores or - Two similar completed work costing not less than 18 crores or - Similar completed work costing not less than 24 crores – 10 marks. For every additional experience of work costing INR 12 Cr, 2.5 marks are added, with a maximum of 15 marks. The existence of the bidder from the date of incorporation is also considered, with >=7 years to 15 years awarded 3 marks and > 15 Years awarded 5 marks.
