The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing eligible similar nature of works in the last seven years ending on the previous day of the last date of submission of the bid. The bidder should have completed public buildings, and the details of these works should be provided in the given forms. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the cost of the proposed work; - Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the cost of the proposed work; - One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the cost of the proposed work. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual executed value of work at a simple interest rate of 5% per annum. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed works during the last 7 years ending the previous day to the last date of submission of tender. The experience should be in the name of the bidding company and not in subsidiary/ associate company/ Group Company etc. Also, the work should not have been Sublette by the bidder on back to back basis in full. The "Similar Work" shall mean "Construction of Museum, Open Air Theatre, Meditation/Yoga Centre Landscape work and Park’’ or any multi-storey building either RCC framed or composite (excluding Industrial) minimum Four storeys each of minimum height 3.00 m including all civil works, internal water supply, sanitary installations, internal electrical installations, firefighting works all executed under one composite. The bidder should have completed similar works, which include "Construction of Museum, Open Air Theatre, Meditation/Yoga Centre Landscape work and Park" or any multi-storey building with a minimum of four storeys, each with a minimum height of 3.00 meters. The cost of work is considered as the gross value of the completed work, including the cost of materials supplied, excluding those supplied free of cost. Additionally, the bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar nature of work, public buildings, and landscaped parks with external development. For similar nature of work, the bidder should have experience during the last seven years, with a maximum score of 20 marks. The evaluation will be based on the minimum eligibility criteria, with 60% marks for meeting the criteria and 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more. For public buildings, the bidder should have experience of working on public buildings with a minimum cost of Rs. 30 Cr, with 60% marks for meeting this criteria, and 100% marks for public buildings with a minimum cost of Rs. 50 Cr. For landscaped parks with external development, the bidder should have experience of working on landscaped parks with a minimum cost of Rs. 20 Cr, with 60% marks for meeting this criteria, and 100% marks for landscaped parks with a minimum cost of Rs. 35 Cr. The bidder must secure at least 60% marks in each attribute and a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate to become eligible for shortlisting. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 60% marks for meeting the minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - Rs. 30 Cr as the minimum cost for public buildings - Rs. 50 Cr as the cost for public buildings to achieve 100% marks - Rs. 20 Cr as the minimum cost for landscaped parks with external development - Rs. 35 Cr as the cost for landscaped parks with external development to achieve 100% marks - 20 marks as the maximum score for similar nature of work - 20 marks as the maximum score for public buildings - 20 marks as the maximum score for landscaped parks with external development - 75% as the minimum aggregate marks required for shortlisting - 60% as the minimum marks required in each attribute for shortlisting - 40% of the cost of the proposed work - 60% of the cost of the proposed work - 80% of the cost of the proposed work.
