The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works with government departments or similar entities during the last 07 years for similar nature of works. The experience can be in one of the following forms: - One work equal to a minimum of 80% of the bid value, with a value of at least Rs. 2,39,39,209/- - Two works equal to a minimum of 60% of the bid value, with a value of at least Rs. 1,79,54,407/- - Three works equal to a minimum of 40% of the bid value, with a value of at least Rs. 1,19,69,604/- Alternatively, the bidder can have: 1. At least 03 jobs each of similar nature of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work, completed within last 07 years, which is Rs. 1,19,69,604/-. 2. At least 02 jobs each of similar nature of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work, completed within last 07 years, which is Rs. 1,79,54,407. 3. At least 01 job of similar nature of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, completed within last 07 years, which is Rs. 2,39,39,209/-. For works above Rs. 10 Lakh, the experience needed is as follows: - One work equal to minimum 80% of bid value completed in last seven years. - Two works equal to minimum 60% of bid value completed in last seven years. - Three works equal to minimum 40% of bid value completed in last seven years. The bidder should submit a completion certificate issued by the client for the similar nature of works completed.
