The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works in the last 7 years, with specific categories based on the cost of the project. The bidder should have completed at least one of the following: - Three similar completed/substantially completed works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the proposed work (i.e., minimum 118 crores excluding GST), with at least 83 crores allocated to infrastructure development and a maximum of 35 crores allocated to building construction and ancillary work. - Two similar completed/substantially completed works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of the proposed work (i.e., minimum 148 crores excluding GST), with at least 104 crores allocated to infrastructure development and a maximum of 44 crores allocated to building construction and ancillary work. - One similar completed/substantially completed work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the proposed work (i.e., minimum 237 crores excluding GST), with at least 166 crores allocated to infrastructure development and a maximum of 71 crores allocated to building construction and ancillary work. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder is awarded marks for experience in similar class of works, with a minimum of 12 marks (60% of 20 Marks) required for the bidder to be considered responsive. The percentage of similar works completed is considered as substantially completed if the works are completed to the extent of 80% physical progress, and shall be awarded 75% marks in the respective category. The bidder's experience is evaluated based on the cost of the project, with categories including 40%, 50%, and 80% of the cost of the proposed work, and the bidder needs to have experience in similar nature of work to score at least 10 marks out of 20 to be considered responsive.
