Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers,abutments, posts and struts etc. including cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) i) upto plinth level

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, ending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Cold twisted bars

30 mm red sand stone sun-shade (chisel-dressed) supported on red sand stone brackets, fixed in walls with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including finishing complete.

Supply & Laying of I shaped (Zigzag) precast interlocking tiles of thickness 60 to 100mm (Compressive strength not less then 30 Mpa and weight 4.50 kg) including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work. 80mm (Rubber molded Coloured)

Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) supply all labour material and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Steel wok in built up tubular (round,square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) truses etc. including cutting. Hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. (Hot finised welded type tubes.

Retro-Reflective Sheeting type-IV with 4mm thick ACM Double Side : Providing and fixing of reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 4 mm thick with with 0.4 to 0.5 mm both side aluminium skin aluminium composite panel face to be fully coverd with High Intensity prismatic sheeting type-IV as per IRC-67:2012 retro reflective sheeting with back frame MS angle of 35x35x5 mm. Legends, letter, numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No. 801.3.7 the sheeting shall have a pressure - sensitive adhesive of the aggressive - tack type requiring no heat, solvent other preparation for adhesion to a smooth clean surface in a manner recommended by the sheeting manufacture. The ACM (Aluminium Composite Materials) shall be fixed on the back frame MS Angle with nveting Micro prismatic type-IV Retro reflective sheeting confirming to ASTM D4956-09 shall be Pressure fixed. The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact, resistance, specular gloss and fungusresistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from Intemational/Government Laboratory/Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from Indian condition with 3 years of lunching of product by the manufacture in a board. Altematively, a certificate confirming to ASTM specification (0 4958-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally in such a situation, the Employer/Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of 3 years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012 & Proof of the same Report shall be uploaded which quoting tender. The Rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S/F chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of liles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). including 50mm thick base with concrete 1:4:8 complete as per E/l

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ln mud mortar

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete,. i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
