The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works with Govt. Deptt./Semi Govt. Deptt./PSU/Corporations/Authorities/Board/Local Bodies only during the last 07 years for similar nature of works. The experience can be in the form of: - One work equal to a minimum of 80% of the bid value, with a value of Rs. 2,93,52,306/- - Two works equal to a minimum of 60% of the bid value, with a value of Rs. 2,20,14,229/- - Three works equal to a minimum of 40% of the bid value, with a value of Rs. 1,46,76,153/- Alternatively, the bidder should have completed at least 03 jobs, each of similar nature of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work, within the last 07 years. The estimated cost of work is Rs. 3,66,90,382.46, so 40% of this amount is Rs. 1,46,76,153/-. For works above Rs. 10 Lakh, the experience needed is as follows: - One work equal to a minimum of 80% of the bid value completed in the last seven years. The bidder should submit completion certificates issued by the client for these similar works. The required percentages are 40%, 60%, and 80% of the estimated cost of the work.
