The bidder is required to have prior work experience of similar nature, with the following conditions: - At least 03 jobs each of similar nature of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work, completed within last 07 years, with a value of Rs. 1,64,26,859/-. - OR, at least 02 jobs each of similar nature of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work, completed within last 07 years, with a value of Rs. 2,46,40,288/-. - OR, at least 01 job of similar nature of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, completed within last 07 years, with a value of Rs. 3,28,53,717/-. The estimated cost of work is Rs. 4,10,67,146.40. The percentages mentioned are 40%, 60%, and 80% of the estimated cost of work. The required prior work experience for the bidder is to have completed at least 03 jobs of similar nature. The value of each job should be not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work.
