Granular Sub-Base with Close Graded Material (Table:- 400-1) in Plant Mix Method (Construction of granular sub-base with Grading-IV material by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 ) and as per Typical Cross Section attached.

Wet Mix Macadam laying Using Mechanical Paver (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.) and as per Typical Cross Section attached.

Bituminous Macadam GR-II ( 19 mm nominal size ) of 60mm thick (Providing and laying bituminous macadam with higher capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction) and as per Typical Cross Section attached.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam GR-II of 140 mm thick in two layers(Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.) and as per Typical Cross Section attached.

Supplying, fixing and hosting of 6.00 - 7.00 m span cantiliver structure(as per SOR-2020 of Saharanpur Circule Chaptr.27 item 8) in position with one vertical post of 6.0m clear height from the top of RCC foundation made of 300 mm dia pipe welded with 10 mm thick MS plate stiffners & two nos 8 mm thick MS plate at top welded with structure of 40 mm NB (M) pipe comprisisng of hirizontal, vertical & bracing pipe of 32 mm NB (M) as per structural design requirements & approved drawing with vertical & lateral clearance given in clause 802.2 & 802.3 including one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint on the whole structure & installed as per 802.7 over a designed support system made up of concrete including excavation lean concrete 1:4:8 cement, coarse sand and approved 20mm grit and RCC 1:2:4 with cement, coarse sand and approved 20mm grit complete for fixing the complete structure in position as per direction of E/I charge with 7 years warranty Rates including design, fabrication, supply, transportation and erection of the signage structure inclusive of all taxes.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Supplying & Fixing of 15mtrs high Solar High Mast Light with Automatic dawn dusk operation (with timer-optional) at the Junctions as per Scope of Work including maintenance and replacement of the same and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The warranty so provided by the Supplier will be in the name of UPSHA.
