Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of eitheras per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT(C.C ROAD) construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade) (1:1.5:3) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383 maximun size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side from work (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous opration including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints applying debonding strips primer, sealant admixtures as approved curing concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification (approved Quarri grit)

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil including lift up to and 1.50m lead up to 30m. including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches of foundation and disposal of surplus earth including royalty as directed by Engineer in charge (S.I. No. 251)

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for completion of work and curing complete, including cost of form work. In Foundation and floors.

Providing and laying of cement concrete 1:2:4 mix cement coarse sand and 20 mm nominal size crushed stone aggregate in foundation mechanically mixed and vibrated, 1.5 m below ground level and 1.5 m above ground level including the cost of all material, labour etc complete works.

Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including the supply of steel and its wastage Bend, hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level. SCHEDULE - “C” 1-   Bitumen V.G.-10 shall be issued from the central store PD, PWD, Mainpuri at Stock issue rate at the time of issuing the material from the store. 2-     There shall be no claim of contractor, if the material is not issued by the department due to non-availability in store or any other reason. 3-     The unconsumed material issued in excess of bonafide consumption norms, shall have to be returned back to the store as mentioned above, failing which a recovery at the penatative rate, i.e., double the issue rate shall be made from the contractor’s bill. 4-     Contractor have to return empty bitumen drums / emulsion drums immediately, failing which a recovery at the punitive rate i.e., Rs. 3000 per drum shall be recovered from the contractor’s bill. 5-     The departmental road roller if spare, shall be made available to the contractor at site @ Rs. 2000 per day including POL charges, wages of driver and cleaner. If roller is kept idle due to non-availability of material or labour, recovery @ Rs. 2000 per day shall be made from contractor’s bill for idle period. 6- If contractor procures Bitumen / Emulsion from IOCL, BPCL or HPCL companies, shall have to produce original CRC at the time of claiming payment against each bill for the bonafide requirement. 7- All material should be from Approved Quarry.
