Providing, laying speading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes of 45~63 mm to water bound macadam specification including speading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the requird density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of Grading-3 materials base course of 22.4~53 mm size stone ballast of compacted thickness 75 mm of approved quarry passing through IS sieve of 63 mm sieve 100%, 53 mm sieve 95~100%, 45 mm sieve 65~90%, 22.4 mm sieve 0~10% and 11.2 mm sieve 0~5%) @ 0.91 cum per 10 sqm area, with screening materials of Type-B of size 11.20 mm grading passing to IS sieve of 11.20 mm sieve 100%, 9.5 mm sieve 80~100%, 5.6 mm sieve 50~70%, and 180 micron sieve 15~35% @ 0.18 cum per 10 Sqm including required widening on entire road length, specific sizes to WBM specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and achieving the desired compaction including cost of all material, Labour, T&P required for proper completion of work as per MoRD Specifications Clause 405.
