The bidder should have prior work experience in similar works, which includes maintenance or erection and commissioning of electrical equipments/installations in a thermal power generating station/plant having a unit capacity of 200 MW or above. The similar works can be in the following combinations: maintenance of electrical equipments/installations with voltage class 6.6KV or above for a minimum period of one year, maintenance of Switchyard and associated equipments of voltage level 220KV or above for a minimum period of one year, erection and commissioning of electrical equipments/installations with voltage class 6.6 KV or above, erection and commissioning of switchyard and associated equipments of voltage level 220 KV or above, comprehensive maintenance contract of electrical equipments/installations for a minimum period of one year, or comprehensive maintenance contract which includes electrical and control & instrumentation (C&I) systems of boiler turbine–generator (BTG)/thermal power station for a minimum period of one year. The bidder should have executed three similar completed works, each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the annualized estimated cost. The experience should be as a coal-based thermal power station in SEBs/State GENCO/UPRVUNL/NTPC/PSU/Government sector body/Independent Power Producer (IPP). The bidder should have work experience as mentioned in the tender specification, and in case of subletting, a certificate of completion of erection and commissioning work issued by organizations such as NTPC/BHEL/State PSU/Any IPP sector shall be acceptable. The bidder must have prior work experience of seven (7) years, which shall be reckoned from the date of NIT. The bidder must furnish certificates from the Owner of work to demonstrate fulfillment of all parameters stipulated in the QR. Bidders are required to furnish the details of the past experience like authentic Work Orders/Purchase Orders/Letter of Awards/Contract Agreements, completion certificate, etc. in support of meeting the Qualifying Requirements. The average annual turnover of the Bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the date of Techno-Commercial bid opening, shall not be less than annualized estimated cost i.e INR 2,63,20,520.00 (Rupees Two crore Sixty Three Lakh Twenty Thousand Five Hundred Twenty only). The Net worth of the bidder shall not be less than 100% of the bidder’s paid-up share capital as on the last day of the preceding financial year. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except that the bidder should have executed three similar completed works, each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the annualized estimated cost.
