The bidder should have prior work experience of at least 7 years, with experience considered only for works completed in the last 7 years. The experience should be in similar nature of works completed during the last seven years. The required prior work experience can be satisfied by completing similar works as a prime contractor, with specific conditions: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the Tendered cost. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the Tendered cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the Tendered cost. Additionally, the average annual financial turnover (Gross) of 30% of the tendered cost on construction work of similar nature during the last three consecutive financial years is required. The bidder should submit a certificate of work experience with details such as certificate number, date of issue, and a description of the work done. The certificate should have clear information about the date of start, date of completion, and cost of work executed. Details of eligible similar nature works completed during the last Seven years should be provided in Form 'C', and a performance report of works should be provided in Form 'D'.
