The required prior work experience for the bidder is 7 years in the field of civil engineering construction. The bidder needs to provide details of all works of similar nature completed during the last seven years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost, - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 60% of the tendered cost, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the tendered cost. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the tendered cost in construction work of a similar nature during the last three consecutive financial years. The bidder is also required to submit a Turnover Certificate for the last 5 years and a Solvency Certificate of an amount not less than 40% of the tendered cost. A Performance Guarantee of 5% is required for rates quoted up to 10% below the tendered cost, and an additional 1% for every percentage point below 10%.
