The bidder is required to provide details of work experience for the last 07 years, with a specific emphasis on similar nature works completed during this period. The information should include the value and percentage of similar works completed. The bidder needs to provide details of all works of similar nature completed during the last seven years, including the cost of work in lakhs of rupees, and the actual value of work done. To be eligible, the bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last seven years, satisfying either of the following: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the Tendered cost. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the Tendered cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the Tendered cost. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover (Gross) of 30% of the tendered cost on construction work of similar nature during the last three consecutive financial years. The bidder is also required to provide a performance report of works, including quality of works, financial soundness, technical proficiency, resourcefulness, and general behavior, as well as details on litigation/arbitration cases pending/in progress. The required information includes: - Name and address of the bidder - Name of work or project and location - Owner of sponsoring organization - Cost of work (in lakhs of rupees) - Date of commencement as per contract stipulated date of completion - Actual date of completion - Litigation/arbitration cases pending/in progress with details The performance report should also include: - Estimated cost - Tendered cost - Actual value of work done - Date of start - Date of completion (stipulated and actual) - Whether a case of levy compensation for delay has been decided or not, and if decided, the amount of compensation levied for delayed completion.
