The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works in the last seven years. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last seven years ending the previous day of the last day of submission of bids, as a prime contractor, satisfying one of the following conditions: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost. - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 60% of the tendered cost. - One similar completed work, costing not less than 80% of the tendered cost. Additionally, one completed work of a similar nature can be considered if it was done with a Central Government Department, State Government Department, Central & State Autonomous Body, or Central & State Public Sector undertaking, with a cost of not less than the mentioned percentage of the tender cost. The bidder is required to provide details of all similar works completed in the last seven years, including the name and address of the bidder, name of work/project and location, owner of sponsoring organization, cost of work in lakhs of rupees, date of commencement and completion, and litigation/arbitration cases pending or in progress. The cost of the works is to be provided in lakhs of rupees. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 40% of the tendered cost for three similar completed works - 60% of the tendered cost for two similar completed works - 80% of the tendered cost for one similar completed work - Cost of work in lakhs of rupees - The solvency certificate should not be more than 6 months old - The earnest money may be deposited in the form of a demand draft or a bank guarantee with a validity of at least 6 months from the last date of receipt of bids.
