The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last seven years as a prime contractor, with specific requirements including: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the Tendered cost, - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the Tendered cost, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the Tendered cost. Additionally, one completed work of similar nature should be with a Central Government Department / State Government Department / Central & state Autonomous Body /Central & State Public Sector undertaking, costing not less than the mentioned percentage of the tender cost. The details of these works should be provided in Form-'C', including information such as cost of work in lakhs of rupees. In Form-'D', the bidder is required to provide a performance report, which includes an assessment of the quality of work, financial soundness, technical proficiency, resourcefulness, and general behavior.
