The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar works with specific values and percentages. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 7 years, with the following requirements: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 14.60 Crores (40% of estimated cost) - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 21.90 Crores (60% of estimated cost) - One similar completed work each costing not less than Rs. 29.20 Crores (80% of estimated cost) The bidder should have executed one similar work with a minimum of one basement under one Agreement. For any civil work other than building work, if there is a significant component in the work other than normal building work, then this component should be considered as the main component of the work for the purpose of definition of similar work. For CCTV System work, the bidder should have completed: - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the component, - OR two similar works, each costing not less than 60% of the cost of the component, - OR three similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the component. The cost of the Internal and External EI, Street Lights work is approximately Rs. QQ Crore, and the cost of the CCTV System work is approximately Rs. Q Crore. For building works, the number of storeys for the purpose of definition of similar work may be considered based on guidelines such as: - Up to four storey buildings: No binding - Five to ten storey buildings: Minimum one building of Five storeys or completing balance construction work of one building minimum up to five storeys - Eleven to fifteen storey buildings: Minimum one building of Eight storeys or completing balance construction work of one building minimum up to eight storeys - More than fifteen storey buildings: Minimum one building of Ten storeys or completing balance construction work of one building minimum up to ten storeys. Each basement or stilt constructed in the building shall be considered as a storey. In case the work involves the construction of two or more basements, the agency should have executed one similar work with a minimum of one basement under one agreement.
