The required prior work experience for the bidder is experience in similar class of works. The evaluation criteria for this parameter are as follows: 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and marks for experience between the minimum and twice the minimum eligibility criteria will be awarded on a pro-rata basis. The bidder is required to provide details of all works of similar nature completed during the last seven years. However, no specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The bidder's performance in similar works will be evaluated, with scores ranging from 40 marks for outstanding performance to 0 marks for poor performance. To become eligible to shortlist, the bidder should have a minimum of 50% marks in each category and 60% marks in aggregate. The value of completed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidding capacity of the bidder should be equal to or more than the estimated cost of the work put to tender, which is Total Cost Rs.780.47Lakh. The bidder should also have access to liquid assets, including working capital, cash in hand, and uncommitted bank guarantees, of not less than 10% of the value of the contract. The bidder should also submit an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum cash of up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation.
