The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works in the last 7 years. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have one work of any nature costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost with a central/state government department or reputed private entities. The similar works should be with central/state government departments, central autonomous bodies, central public sector undertakings, state public sector undertakings, city development authorities, municipal corporations, or reputed private entities. For building works, the experience can be demonstrated by completing works such as: - Up to four storey buildings - Five to ten storey buildings with a minimum of one building of five storeys - Eleven to fifteen storey buildings with a minimum of one building of eight storeys - More than fifteen storey buildings with a minimum of one building of ten storeys The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a specified rate. The bidder should have average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the tendered cost in civil/electrical construction work during the last five years. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than the estimated cost of the work put to tender, calculated using the formula: Bidding Capacity = {[AxNx2.5]-B}. The value of the work put to bid is Rs. 1172.30 lac, excluding GST. The earnest money required is Rs. 90 lac. The percentages of similar works completed are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost. The amount of similar works completed should be at least three works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, two works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, and one work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost.
