The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily executed works in specialized areas such as Pile work, Aluminum work, Steel Structure Work (MS truss work), Metallic Roofing work, and Water proofing work. For each of these areas, the bidder must have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the current job, - Or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of the current job, - Or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the current job. The bidder should furnish the list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last seven years. The values and percentages of similar works completed are: - 40% of the cost of the current job for three similar works, - 50% of the cost of the current job for two similar works, - 80% of the cost of the current job for one similar work. The bidder must also have had an average annual financial turnover of minimum 30% of the tendered cost in Civil/Electrical construction work during the last available three-year consecutive balance sheets. The bidder should have experience in similar class of works completed during the last seven years. The value of completed works shall be brought to current costing level. The bidder's performance for each work completed in the last Seven years and in hand should be certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Project Manager or equivalent.
