Therefore, the values for similar works completed are: - 40% of the estimated cost: 0.4 * 540.02 = Rs. 216.008 Lac - 50% of the estimated cost: 0.5 * 540.02 = Rs. 270.01 Lac - 80% of the estimated cost: 0.8 * 540.02 = Rs. 432.016 Lac The similar work should be with some central/state Government department, central autonomous body, central public sector undertaking, state public sector undertaking, city development autonomous, municipal corporation of city formed under Act by central/state government and published in central/state gazette, and reputed private entities. The definition of similar work should consider the number of storeys in the building, with specific guidelines for buildings up to four storeys, five to ten storeys, and more than ten storeys. Each basement or stilt constructed in the building should be considered as a storey. For similar work experience, the bidder should have completed works of Construction of Building Works, with specific guidelines for the number of storeys: - Up to four storey buildings: No binding - Five to ten storey buildings: Minimum one building of Five storeys or completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to five storeys - Eleven to fifteen storey buildings: Minimum one building of Eight storeys or completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to eight storeys - More than fifteen storey buildings: Minimum one building of Ten storeys or completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to ten storeys The bidder should have average annual financial turnover of minimum 30% of the estimated cost during the last three years. The bidder should not have incurred any loss in more than 2 years during the last 5 years.
