The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works, which are defined as "SITC of Modular OT/ICU/Medical Gas Pipe line System Works & Equivalent etc. in any Hospital of Central Govt./State Govt./Public Undertaking/ NABH accredited Pvt. Hospital.” The bidder should have completed similar works with the following requirements: - Three Similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost. - OR - Two Similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost. - OR - One Similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost. The cost of work shall mean gross value of the completed work, inclusive of all taxes and those supplied free of cost. The experience certificate should be certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Project Manager, or equivalent. Additionally, the bidder must have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost during the last 5 years, and should not have incurred any loss in more than 2 years during the last 5 years. The bidder should also have a solvency of 10% of the estimated cost and 40% of the estimated cost from a nationalized bank and a form from the District Magistrate, respectively. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value of work at a given rate calculated from the date of completion to the submission of the tender. The bidder should furnish the list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last seven years in Form “C”. The particulars of completed works and performance of the bidder duly authenticated/certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Project Manager or equivalent should be furnished separately for each work completed or in progress in Form “E”. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than the estimated cost of the work put to tender, calculated using a specific formula that takes into account the maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last seven years. The bidder should own constructions equipment as per a required list for proper and timely execution of the work, or certify that they can manage the equipment by hiring, etc. The bidder's performance for each work completed in the last seven years and in-hand should be certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Project Manager or equivalent.
