The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works, specifically: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost, - or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the tendered cost, - or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the tendered cost. Additionally, the bidder should have completed one work of any nature costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost with some Central/State Government Department or other specified entities. The values and percentages of similar works completed are: - 40% of the tendered cost for three similar works, - 50% of the tendered cost for two similar works, - 80% of the tendered cost for one similar work. The bidder should also have experience in "Supply and installation of WA (World Athletics)/IAAF class 2 certified FULL PUR synthetic athletic track" as a prime contractor with the same proposed product in India with a government/semi-government department or a PSU. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 720.85 Lac, and the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of: - At least 40% of the estimated cost, with three similar completed works - At least 50% of the estimated cost, with two similar completed works - At least 80% of the estimated cost, with one similar completed work The cost of work shall mean the gross value of the completed work, including the cost of material supplied by the Government/Client, but excluding those supplied free of cost. This should be certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Project Manager or equivalent.
